Right of Withdrawal

The revocation right expires accelerated with distance contracts

You have the right to revoke this contract without giving any reasons within 14 days.
The revocation period is 14 days, starting on the day that you or a third party named by you and who is not the carrier took the goods in possession. With delivery of sealed products that due to health protection reasons or due to hygiene are not suitable for  returning, if the products were unsealed after delivery. To exercise the revocation right you need to inform us:

by giving us a precise explanation (e.g. sending a message via post, fax or E-Mail) of your decision to revoke this contract.
You can use the model revocation form enclosed which however is not compulsory.
In order to maintain the revocation period it suffices to send a message explaining the exertion of the revocation right before the expiration of the revocation period.

If you revoke this contract we have to pay back all payments received from you including the delivery costs (with the exception to the costs arising from you having chosen another way of delivery than the most favourable standard delivery offered by us) immediately and at the latest within 14 days starting from the day we received your message about the revocation of this contract. For this refund we use the same method of payment, you selected with your initial transaction unless we explicitly agreed on something different with you; in no case you have to bear any charges due to this refund. We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence of sending back the goods, depending on which is the earlier point in time. You have to send back or hand over the goods immediately and in any case at least within 14 days starting from the day you inform us about the revocation of the contract. The period is maintained when you send back the goods before expiry of the period of 14 days. You have to bear all direct costs arising from returning the goods. You only have to pay for a possible loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to a not necessary examination of the goods regarding texture, features and functionality because of your handling.
